Maintenance Guidelines: With Patterned Concrete® you get all the beauty of slate, flagstone, cobblestone, brick and other textures along with all the structural benefits of concrete. With a little maintenance you will protect your Patterned Concrete® investment and help to maintain its beauty and integrity for many years to come. Patterned Concrete® should be serviced every 2-3 years depending on the use and the wear and tear it undergoes. Stains (rust, oil, tire marks) over a Patterned Concrete® sealed surface can easily be removed using our Stain Remover. Snow removal can be performed using a snow shovel or snow blower as you typically would on other hard surfaces. De-icing can also be performed using concrete friendly products starting the second winter from the time of installation.
